Sintering

Closed loop control, through the use of an optical pyrometer or other temperature sensing device, can provide constant heat. Induction heating also ideal for in-line production processes because of its ability to produce repeatable, rapid and accurate heating cycles. A typical sintering machine comprises of: • Induction generator • Custom built coil • Sintering press Elind has supplied generators from 5Kw to 80Kw for this application.

Elind has supplied equipments ranging from 5kw to 80kw depending on material production and application requirements. For sintering applications, ELIND designs coils which give constant temperature throughout the component, for uniform quality of sintering. Elind supplies control systems to achieve temperature time cycle required for typical applications.
